All payment methods shown at checkout are fully functional and available to customers across India.

2. Payment Security

All online transactions on cibafit.com are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. CibaFit does not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on our servers. Payment data is handled directly by our payment gateway partners in compliance with applicable data security standards.

3. Currency

All prices on cibafit.com are listed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). No foreign currency transactions are supported at this time.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS on your registered contact details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at the details below.

5. Payment Failures

If your payment fails during checkout:

  • Your account will not be charged. In case of any temporary hold by your bank, the amount will be automatically released within 5–7 business days.

6. Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns or cancellations will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines are as follows:

  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days
