Order Cancellation by CibaFit

CibaFit reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the following situations:

• The product is out of stock or no longer available.

• There is a pricing error on the website.

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable delivery information is provided.

• The order cannot be delivered to the specified address.

• All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• We accept payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), Net Banking, and Wallets through our payment gateway partner Razorpay.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully confirmed.

• CibaFit does not store your card, UPI, or banking details. All payment information is handled securely by PCI-compliant payment gateways.

• In case of a failed transaction, please check with your bank before attempting a repeat payment to avoid duplicate charges.

8. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping is free on all orders unless stated otherwise.
