Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product is defective
- Incorrect product delivered
Return Request Process
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear unboxing photos or videos are mandatory for verification.
- Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Product Condition
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including seals, labels, and invoices.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, health supplements, consumables, and personal care products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
- Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
