Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered


Return Request Process

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear unboxing photos or videos are mandatory for verification.
  • Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.


Product Condition
Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including seals, labels, and invoices.


Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, health supplements, consumables, and personal care products are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

 

Refund Processing

  • Once the return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
